Annual General Meeting held at Legion Hall 2nd June 1966.

G. Watkins, K. Davies, P. Simpkins, W. Griffiths.
Proposed Rules.
All players will register in Crosskeys & Dist junior League.
Following membership fees to be paid by all members -
Adult 7/6d per season
Senior 5/=d per season
Junior 3/=d per season
The secretary was advised that the following positions for Presidents has been accepted
President Mr. W. Simpkins
V. President Mrs. E. James
V. President Mr. D. Stephens
V. President Mr. A. Chiplin
V. President Mr. E. Symons.
It was proposed bye G. Watkins that life membership to be offered to T. A. Gilchrist & L. R. Evans. This was seconded by P. Simpkins and carried by a show of hands.
Mr. J. Suter & Mr. J. Hancocks accepted the job of running an additional junior side & Mr. H. Joy would assist in running the existing junior side.
Mr. Joy & Mr. Hancock were invited to take seats as full committee members, they both accepted.
Secretary suggested a Christmas prize draw as a means of raising funds & was given permission to proceed. Prizes not exceeding £12.0.0. Local organisations would be asked to contribute prizes. The following prizes had already been donated.
Conservative Club :- Bottle Sherry
Mr. & Mrs. E. Jones :- Chicken
D. H. Gilchrist :- Bottle Port
Mr. E. Symons :- 50 Cigs
Haven on Hill :- Bottle Sherry
Treasurer requested that secretary keep a record of ticket sales by players for future reference.
A letter from the British Legion Poppy fund was read out & it was proposed that a £1.1.0 donation be sent, this was carried.
There being no further business the meeting was close.
Meeting 1st February 1967 6:30pm
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
It was decided to delete D. Price, S. Price, M. Webb, G. Watkins & W. Griffiths from the committee as they were not attending matches or meetings.

The motion was carried.
The secretary read a letter from Ebbw Vale Football Club regarding a proposed prize draw & it was decided to purchase £10 worth of tickets.

The committee agreed that Red/White kit be loaned to Western Valleys Schools F. A. for cup match with Swansea on 4th Feb 1964.
